Last Saturday I was invited along to Clevedon Hall for a tour, a fabulous dinner and an overnight stay, my full post will be live on Friday but here’s an OOTD from ‘the morning after’.
Top: Jack Wills | Shirt: Select (old) | Leggings: Wolford* | Boots: Timberland (last season)
Packing for an overnight stay in England is awful because the weather is so unpredictable; I wanted to wear something comfortable and warm as I knew we were going for a walk around the gardens and along the beach first thing (excuse the grassy boots).
You can’t really see the top I have under my shirt but it’s a long sleeved one from Jack Wills, these are my go-to for effortless comfort and I wear them under most outfits during the transition between Spring-Summer or Autumn-Winter. This one was bought about two years ago but Jack Wills are always adding similar styles in a range of colours to their collection.
I’ve had this shirt for about four years now and I keep alternating between loving it and absolutely hating it; does anyone else do this? I’m so glad I don’t have clear outs that often as I’ve rediscovered this and fallen in love with it again. It’s just the right length and I think the colour or the denim really suits my hair colour at the moment.
I’ve probably worn these leggings* too much recently but they seem to go with everything I want to wear recently, whether it be smart tops or baggy jumpers. I’ve always worried about wearing leggings thinking that everyone’s going to get a glimpse of my knickers but I’ve not had to worry about that with these ones. I love the way they make my legs look too! You can view Wolford’s large range of tights, leggings, hosiery here.
I treated myself to these Timberland Boots towards the end of last year, I’ve never really been into the traditional Timberland Boots but when I saw these I couldn’t resist as I knew they’d be great quality and last me for years; they were half price too!
